Fees and media spend

Professional fees, retainers, and project charges are due according to the payment schedule in your agreement with Builder Marketing Company LLC. Amounts paid to third-party advertising platforms for media are paid to those vendors for placement and are generally not refundable once spent, subject to the policies of each platform.

Your responsibilities

To move work forward, clients of Builder Marketing Company LLC agree to provide timely access to relevant accounts (for example, website hosting, Google Business Profile, ad accounts), accurate business information, and reasonable approval turnaround for ads and content. Delays in access or approvals may affect launch dates and reporting periods.
